Dogs don't possess sweat glands. So they don't sweat. They loose their body heat by panting .you May take your dog in car with AC on but when you reach your destination make sure that You give some time to your dog to adapt to surrounding temperature. Don't let her move to high temperature area immediately coming out of AC.
