My wife is 25 years old, her AMH is 1.08 ng/ml. We are trying to conceive from last 3-4 months. Doctor prescribed Engamet for 1st 5 days, FSH injection on 4th and 6th day then HCG injection on the 9th day after follicular. During HCG shot her follicle size was 26*22 mm (on 9th day). What her her chances of natural conception considering her low AMH? What should we do to improve her AMH/egg quality? How big is this a problem at 25 years of age?

Such low amh at 25 is a concern so instead of wasting time you should consult an infertility specialist to opt for ivf else as age increases the reserve will decrease that is amh will further low down and then it becomes a problem for you so the sooner the better as chances of normal pregnancy seems to be bleak.
