Eating healthy and more is really important to put on fat, eat small & frequent meals, don't skip any meal, eat high calories food without adding bulk to your diet auch as putting extra oil in your pulse, more dry fruits, dark chocolates, more of sweetened beverages, fruit shakes, keep yourself motivated through out the day to eat. Moreover digestion should be proper to put on fat so include more of amla in your diet, amla murabba early morning will be really beneficial.
