Plenty check her haemoglobin and vitamin d. Slowly introduce healthy foods like multigrain porridge, nuts, lentils, egg and meat. Avoid forced feeding. Be patient with your daughter. Some children are fussy and choosy. Let her eat on her own. Avoid watching tv or gadgets while eating. She will slowly start liking the taste. Do not give her sugary food. Give her lots of healthy snacks like nuts and fruits If required give her vitamin supplements till she becomes better. Deworm her Encourage her into outdoor play. This will improve her appetite.
She just need some basic investigations to be done specially as she's a girl she needs urine examination. Sometime it is the main culprit. Also check her hemoglobin
