Hi lybrate-user. You have mentioned you can not hear properly on my right side and you r a female of 20 years old. your history is incomplete. You have not told your unilateral hearing loss is for how many days. And gradation from day to day life. After that we have to go for some audiological and radiological investigation .Because gradually increasing unilateral sensorineural hearing loss may be acoustic neuroma, one type of benign cp anle tumour. I am not telling you that you have this problem but we should be vigilant. Please show it to ent practitioner.

Yeah it can b permanent or it can be temporary unilateral hearing loss. But for proper diagnosis you have to do your hearing test.
