Hi I am 22 years female and I had been feeling much palpitations for 1 year due to which I feel much disturbance can't focus on my work and some times heaviness of head. please tell me what is problem.

Palipitation or pounding heart may be a normal findings in a anxious or worrisome individual, But if this is accompanied with easy breathlessness or extraordinary weakness may require physician examination, for information certain disorders may present with palpitation like hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, hyperdynamic circulatory states, some organic heart diseases etc, But if you do not have any associated illness, We are sure you don't need to bother ,this is normal presentation, learn to stabilise ,relax and do yoga regularly, this will help.
