You need to change your diet and lifestyle to lose weight Completely cut down refined foods, processed foods and added sugars if you r determined about weight loss Have nuts like walnuts and fruits for snacks Eat a legume salad like chickpea/ rajma salad for breakfast Have plenty of lentils and veggies for lunch Have early and light dinner like lentils soup/ chicken soup Walk 30 minutes every day Stress can lead to weight gain. Do stress relief techniques like meditation, mindfulness Sound sleep 7 to 8 hours every night.
