I am having gastric trouble whenever I eat anything it produces acidity. I have to sit for long time in office. This problem makes me feel uncomfortable for the whole day. I also have belly fat want to loose it. Please suggest me what should I do and also suggest me a diet chart. thank you.

Acidity could be due to stress or meal gap Have small frequent meals Avoid taking long gaps between meals Include 2-3 fruits as snack options Start walking for 45 minutes daily Avoid caffeine Include curd buttermilk For some days avoid non vegetarian foods Chew food slowly Do no skip breakfast All the best.
