I am 70 years old suffering from high BP from past 10 days. LFT and KFT tests are normal .local doctor prescribed cilacar c in the morning and telma 40 in the evening .during the day time BP is normal. But at night BP is increasing .it is in the range of 168/87. Kindly advise.

At 70 yrs systolic BP of 168 is only mild hypertension, medication you are taking should be sufficient otherwise we can add a little, but more important is to find out why all of a sudden your BP is rising since 10 days, in this case we should evaluate the cause of this rise and then treat accordingly.
