I have acidity long term. Many times I feel constipated too. I was having urge to go toilet in morning today, bt I waited for 10-20 mins. Then I felt some sharp heavy pain (for 10 seconds) at the bottom where large intestine ends. Then I went to loo and everything normal. Was tht pain indicate something? Also I took various treatment took for acidity, barely any worked on me.
