Hello doctor, I am around 40 years old male. From last 6-8 years, I have developed vitiligo on my neck and knee which is stagnant and not spreading. I did undergo homeopathic medication for 1-2 years and also uvb light therapy. Now that the white patches on neck and knee are either not spreading or getting normal skin tone on that patches. I also applied MELANOCYL cream on these patches, but due to reaction, I got watery blisters on those patches which was very painful. So I discontinued. Now, please advise me how to get depigmentation on those 2 patches which are there from last 6-8 years (have not spread).

FOR GETTING colour back in these patches you will need surgery for pigment transport so that you get an even tone.
