Hello I need to gain a weight. If I eat any thing my wait is not increasing. I did brisk walk in last 3 months .my weight is same but I became thin. My trouser are also loose so now I have stopped going for walk. M now only doing pranayam. Pls advice me how do I gain the weight so I become at least 60 kg. Than I can do physical expertise. My height is 5.3 n weight is 52 kg.

Hello, brisk walks or rigorous exercises burn calories and hence lead to weight loss, So it is not recommended if you want to gain weight. To gain weight, you have to increase your daily food intake.
