My mother aged 55 is suffering from 100%RCA blockage and her angiogram cardiologist suggested immediate surgery for putting stents and all. Consulted best cardiologist of the town and he said no need to worry since blood is getting pumped by collateral. He puts her on lifepill 4 for three months. She underwent cholecystectomy in March. Cardiologist again prescribed lifepill4 for a month. Since it has aspirin which acts a as blood thinner. Shall she continue taking lifepill lifelong or it is safe to stop medication for her. Her bp and blood sugar is always in normal range and she is type 2 diabetic.
