I am a physical trainer at gym I eat fruits, milk, eggs, chicken, mutton. I take balanced diet. I exercise 6 days a week. Now, my question is my parents are diabetics. So inspite of regular exercise, balanced diet, then also will I become diabetic one day. So, I am worried. Waiting for your best reply. Thanks.

Dear lybrate-user your worry about diabetes Is justified, as your both parents are having diabetic history but at the same time you are cautious and leading a good life style so this can prevent or postpone diabetes, try To lead stress free and simple life, take proper rest at night and get up early in the morning take balanced diet avoid artificial or packed food, take more vegetarian diet. It will definitely help.
