I am 29 years old, I am suffering from lower back pain sometimes it extends to left butt, also left shoulder pain sometimes its high sometimes I do not feel it also lot of gas and feel heaviness in chest, I have undergone complete health checkup nothing major was found. I have the habit of frequent masturbation and observed that this pain is high after masturbation. Whenever I stand for long time like 30 mins I feel my legs are not supporting and feel little out of balanced and experience heart beats all around my body. I have checked vitamin b12 level and found it 249 pg/ml, is that normal? Not sure if its due to my masturbation habit or hyperacidity. Please suggest.
