Hi. My weight is 80 kg now and I am 24. I want to reduce weight. I stay in a PG in Bangalore where rice is the main food. I had done some blood test 2 months ago where I found I have deficient vitamin D3 and of course calcium. Also haemoglobin level is less. My blood pressure some times goes to 140/90. Sometimes I have swelling I my legs. I walk for 30-60 min everyday which is just to reach my destination and not intended as a exercise. I need to reduce weight and guidance on my diet. Please help me on this.

hello . take brown rice , milk and milk products also u can take to maintain your calcium level . take morning sun rays for vit D3. avoid excess salt. do brisk walk . avoid out side foods. avoid preservative foods. take high protein diet. do floor exercise alternate days. don't skip your breakfast. take pomegranate, beetroot, radish, amla, spinach for increase hemoglobin level.
