My wife? is pregnant with our 2nd child and she is in her first trimester of pregnancy. Please advise whether Cor 3 or Cor 3D shall be suitable for providing folic acid? Also the doctor has prescribed SUSTEN 300 SR as she has to travel for office. Please suggest whether 300 mg is needed or 200 mg shall suffice? In her first pregnancy she took DUBAGEST SR 200 mg.

Any folic acid preparation is OK. If susten 300 is prescribed due to symptoms of threatened miscarriage, the dose should not be altered. If not, the dose doesn't matter.
