That is the main reason for having a slightly impaired glucose level. So the suggestion is please make efforts to reduce your weight. Your ideal body weight should be 57 kgs, so there is a need to cut a considerable number of Kgs. If that is achieved, glucose levell will be fine. Only taking metformin is unlikely to benefit. Plus you are too young to allow this weight to continue as it can lead to problems later. Thanks.
