I am 25 year old I have fear of heights. When I go to the top of a multi-storey building, climb a tree or tower, on seeing below the ground I feel like I am going to faint and fall down. It creates panic in me and I quickly went down and hold a strong support. So I avoid such situations. What should I do to remove this phobia?
