No it will not grow as it was most probably permanent tooth which got broken. Since all milk teeth sheds at the age of 13 years on an average. Nevermind, the fractured tooth can be restored or replaced with dental bridges/implants etc. Visit an specialist dentist to know what is best suited for him.
