Hello lybrate-user. With todays life style and other factors. It is common to has one or the other test coming out of normal range. And we cannot base our treatment on just numbers of the tests. We need proper patient details and their symptoms. Etc. To give proper suggestion. You can consult if you have any severe problems. Otherwise it is better to stick to healthy lifestyle and food pattern to maintain the health. For better health you can start a multivitamin tablet. And some other nutritious products.
