Having a lot of pain in lower back at different points due to heavy back workout in gym. Its been 8 days to the back workout but it is still paining in my lower back applied balms and had 3 pills of FLEXON- Mr. in last three days that is one pill a day but pain is not that much relaxed. Please help!

Hello. Judging from what you have written it looks like you have strained you back. It won't settle in one or two days. Please give complete rest to the back take the same table Flexion -MR daily twice (after breakfast and after dinner) for 10 days. Apply TPM gel on the back and don't massage. Once the gel dries apply heating pad or hot water bag, do this twice daily. Atleast 10 days of treatment to be taken if pain doesn't come down then consult an orthopaedic surgeon near you.
