Sir, today I was travelling in a vehicle. I got a very bad seat. The seat was so raised above that if I try to sit freely my head touched the roof. So to avoid this I bent my backbone/vertebral column like C shape. It was a two hour journey through bad roads full of pits. When I reached home my back started paining. It is okay? Should I worry about this? Will my nerves that is between the vertebrae get damaged?
