My age is 30 years. One year back I was doing yoga. I bent to large extent in wrong posture which results in pain near thigh muscle. When I masturbate the pain will increase and urine flow was also reduced. I feel pain at the tip of penis also. I met urologists and I went through uroflow meter test every month for 3 month. Urine culture test was also performed twice. Urologists said I don't have any problems but pain is muscular that will go slowly. When I walk more then I get more pain. The intensity of pain has reduced to large extent now from starting but pain has not gone completely. I am not taking any medicine from last 6 month. What should I do?
