Sir I have done avr heart valve replacement 40 days before but I am unable to sleep for more than 3 hrs and that too after 2 am. I tried my best but failed. I feel sleepy before going to bed but my sleep goes away as I go to bed. Due to which I develop severe headache. Pls suggest can I take sleep medicines. Before avr I was sleeping for more than six hrs daily. Pls help so that I can sleep normal.

Tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face , forearms , legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep
