I got high fever a week back. That subsided after two days. But I continued to have 99/99.5/99.8.F EVERY evening with bad body ache. I have lost my appetite and feel nauseous. I even puked with just coffee. Or I get loose motions. Have very bad body ache and lethargy. My typhi IGM came positive but igg is negative. What does it indicate.
