I am a guy who does workout in gym regularly from last one month. Last week on same day I had done my back workout and was quite heavy workout which consist of lower back exercises including dead lifts. From last week I am having pain in my lower back. Please suggest something because I have tried home massages some balms but it did not completely relaxed that pain.

It is due to muscle spasm. U have to rest for 1 week from gym or avoid back exercise atleast. Take tablet having combination of any nsaids + muscle relaxant. Like etova-mr sos when having unbearable pain. Volini gel for applications n hot water fomentation over lower back with rubber bag.
