Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned the nose bleeding is suspected as [Pulmonary AV Fistula]so you need a clinical examination by your Doctor and do few investigations like [ECG, ECHO, Chest X-ray and CT scan]and treatment plan is surgical. Secondly, mouth stuck is due to TMJ disorder and for it, you need to visit your physio for specific exercise plan and if no result then do surgical corrections of TMJ joints and it is a minor procedure. Do follow lifestyle modifications like this - a) Avoid overuse of jaw muscles. Eat soft foods. Cut food into small pieces. Steer clear of sticky or chewy food. Avoid chewing gum. B) Stretching and massage. Your physical therapist may show you how to do exercises that stretch and strengthen your jaw muscles and how to massage the muscles yourself. C) Applying warm, moist heat or ice to the side of your face may help alleviate pain. Hope that helps If you need further help then follow me with reports.
