Hello sir, Mere brother ki age 20 year hai, 8 days pehle usne police bharti ke liye ground ka exam diya hai jisme usko 1600 meter ki runing karni padi tab se uske pairoo me bhut pain Ho Raha hai please suggest him any medicine or cream.

Do not worry for it. It is called stress pain or fatigue pain. It is basically due to change of your routine to heavy physical work. It happens to everyone. Who will under go this type of training. Take any nsaids like etova tablet. Sos n take xray of that leg. Xray ankle with leg ap/lat which ever limb. To rule out stress fracture.
