Sir, As a part of weight reduction I am following a 1500 calorie diet for last 6 months and jogging is also a part of my life since last 6 months ie 50 minutes per day &6 days a week. I have almost lost 11 kg body weight and at present I am having 75 kg body weight. My age is 41 years and height is 171 cm. Recently started to feel light Joint pain in my left knee and I have stopped jogging for last 4 days. Kindly help me to understand the reason behind it and help me to get rid of the same. Thank you.
