Hi I am 25 years married woman, my weight is only 30 kg, so I have recently tested my Thyroid profile test, and its shows TSH 5.5. I am little bit worried about my Thyroid problem, am I suffering from thyroid or not, if yes what should I do to control it.

Please consult a Physician who evaluate you clnically for your low body weight. TSH 5.5 is mildly high which goes in favour of hypothyroid on which weight increases.

Low weight in your case is not because of thyroid.

Your TSH level is a little higher than the normal range. If you want you can repeat it after 2 months (do the thyroid profile - T3 and T4 also included ). Please visit a doctor for a routine medical examination. You have to do your duty - follow a healthy lifestyle (maintain a disciplined routine ). Read more about healthy lifestyle and adapt the good habits. Learn yoga and practice it every day which can not only improve your immune system but also rejuvenate your whole body and mind naturally. Please revert after that for further clarification. You can also add Homeopathy which is safe and gentle. You can contact me for further information.
