I am 42 years female who is divorced and is blessed with a 10 years old son who stays with me. I am the only child of my parents with no siblings nor immediate relatives staying near me except my maternal uncle. In the last 2 years, I lost both of my parents, first my mother, with whom I was deeply attached and then my father, this January. It was very difficult to come out of my mother's trauma and just when I was recovering, my father left me. Now I cannot sleep at all. Till 2-3 a.m. I am awake every night that too after taking mild sedatives every night. I really do not know what to do. The very thought of losing my parents and getting alone in this entire world is killing me. I am just concerned about my child. What will he do if something happens to me? Please help me.
