Hi, I?m a 27 year old, male, I had got operated 10 ago for an anal Fissure with Grade Two Hemorrhoids at 11 o?clock and 7 o?clock position. The procedure conducted on me were sphincterotomy with hemorroidopexy. I?ve no pain post stools now. Just 1% discomfort of what I had due to the dressing I?m wearing. My doctor has given me a pain killer which I take in the morning with a probiotic. Also, at night before sleep I consume 30 ML of Gutclear which helps with stool softening. My queries are- 1) Can I resume drinking and how much can I drink? Is it okay to consume 120 ml of whiskey on weekends? Will this effect my Fissure or surgery or healing? 2) If you could suggest a high fibre diets that will help me as I?m traveling away from home for 8 days?
