Muje ye tklif grmiyo m jyada hoti h.hmare ghr pe b.p check krne ki machine h to usse maine abi mera b.p check kiya to 113,55 aaya h.kahi b.p ki wjah se to nhi h ye. Mere pairo k talve m sujn b aa jati h apne aap jo upr se nhi dikhti lekin chlne pr mhsus hoti h.kbi kbi hath ki hatheli b suj jati h.ye ghutno ka drd or tlvo ka sujna ek bimari to nhi h. please koi prmanent ilaj btaiye iska. Mai bahut tklif me hu.

Quadriceps exercises-lie straight ,make a towel role and put it under the knee ,pressthe knee against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube ornormal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.
