I am 70 years old male having weight - 72 kg. I have no diabetic but suffering from high BP for which I used to take medicine. For the last two months I observed that some protein is leaking out with urine and forming foam with Buble's. Dr. changed the medicine and advised to take Tazloc 80 and Roseday 10 (for Cholesterol). This medicines taken for one month but I find no improvement in foamy urine but BP under control. Please advise whether should I continue the same medicines! Thank you.

Yes, you can continue with the same medicine. Please always go for routine medical check up as advised by your doctor. The motto is to keep yourself fit and healthy by adapting a healthy lifestyle and take medicines as required. Let the doctor review frequently so that necessary changes can be done ( either lower the dose or increase the dose or change the medicine itself ) as the situation demands. Please feel free to discuss with your doctor about any of your doubts and concerns. You can also improve your overall health and BP by exercising everyday ( even a few minutes of walking to begin with ). Yoga ( including pranayam and meditation ) can be a safe exercise regime for every one. Please revert with your feedback or any other queries.
