My father is type 2 diabetic patient since 20 years, now he is 73 years aged and facing some kidney functional disorder and the creatinine level as reached to 5.4 mg/l, So the Doctor suggested to go for dialysis, so can we know is there any alternative to reduce this creatinine level and future possibility of medication other than RRT. He is not able to take food that he experience vomiting and what are the diets we can give for him.

Your father has kidney failure that is why advised dialysis. Unfortunately there is no other way to treat this condition. It gives immediate relief to the patient hence do not be afraid of it. It is a supportive treatment before kidney transplant. Keep his diabetes controlled.
