I am married 4 years before. My wife had one miscarriage in 3 months. Second was ectopic pregnancy in right tube which was removed after surgery. Currently her left tube is also blocked due to hydrosplanix. She also done laparoscopy & Leprotomy of Left tube but tube could not completely opened. She is currently suffering from thyroid and Infertility. Please suggest us some guidelines for early pregnancy other than IVF procedure.

As your wife's RT tube has been removed and Lt tube is blocked ,best option would be ivf. Before going for ivf her left tube should be clipped.
