Hi, Ecg or echo test report is normal good but in my left chest I fill some difficult. And arm. And I fill I have no power in my body. Some time I fill hot and weakness. Also my upper stomach I fill difficult. I test h. H. Pylori igG that also good. But some time have fear. And I fill very difficult. My middle left back side also pain. What is my problems?

If your ecg and other cardiac tests are normal, it should be probably a musculoskeletal Pain wherein you might have trigger points and stiffness in your interscapular muscles, consult a good Physio ,manual therapist, it should be fine.
