Age is 40 years her hip portion is more than the other body part. How to reduce the hip? Kindly advise. Last 2 years hip is increased more.

it depends if you are in more sitting positions, or it can be genetic . to reduce lower body part you need to do more thighs n Pelvic muscles exercises like cycling, brisk walk, squatting, do climb stairs more. but again reduction totally depends on what you are having,so Do take low calorie food and plan your diet chart accordingly.
