I am a 20 year old female. I have problems with regular acidity and being lethargic at times. Can you suggest me a nice diet plan and the precautions I can take? Thank you.

First of all do some physical activities like morning walk, evening walk, running. Never skip breakfast. Don't eat a lot at a time. Take one glass of water half an hour before eating anything especially meal and don't take water before half an hour of taking diet. Eat 4 to 5 times a day in regular intervals. Avoid spicy, chilly and fast food as far as possible. Reduce intake of red meat. Add vegetables and fruits regularly to your diet. Don't take fruits at bed time. Drink one glass of cold milk (boiled milk kept in refrigerator) in the morning. Avoid stress factors and do playful activities to reduce anxiety.
