I have very Fatty skin around my abdomen. Upper layer of skin is clearly shows different layer from the inner and side wise also fat accommodated. My height is 163 cm and weight is 68 KG, age-40 yrs. I do exercise to keep fit but fat accommodated around belly is not letting proper shape. How to reduce this fat and what type of food to intake and what to avoid. Thanks and regards Balwant.
