I have morning stiff neck and tightness or numbness at the right back side of my head. Tightness and numbness is just there for 10 minutes in the morning and then it is okay. While the neck pain is also there in thr morning only. If I give myself a message at the back of my neck then it feels relaxing. This thing is continuing more than 2 weeks. This thing us irritating me in morning. Please, help me to find this problem. I'm just praying that it should not be a big issue.
