Hello Dr. I am 23 years old n my weight is 75 kg n height 5 ft3 in. I had been suffering from irregular periods since 9 years I did medication from several reputed Dr. in moradabad as well as in amroha but still m facing this problem after not taking their prescribed medicine. .m telling you this bcz I want to loose weight my marriage z near n weight loss pills affects menstruation please suggest me something that will not affect my reproductive health. Obesity causes hormonal imbalance leading to menstrual irregularities, according to your height your weight should be 60-62 kg. Weight reduction corrects hormonal imbalance and regularise periods. You should do daily brisk walking for 30 minutes and exercise for 10 minutes. Rat a healthy balanced protein rich diet. Instead of simple carbohydrates take complex carbohydrates, take frequent small meals. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits Do not take fried and junk food ,sugar laden food ,carbonated drinks and packed juices.
