A few months ago I have undergone Ultrasound scanning as per doctor's advice.In reportsays' Fatty liver the doctor has prescribed medicines I have used them for a month and discontinued. I am 65 year old. Please clarify me whether l should take medicine for Fatty liver.

You can try to make the situation better by walking, stop eating oily food, etc. But still doctor knows better who have prescribed the medication.
