My age is 19 yrs, a month back I removed my tooth which was paining because of bacteria. I also have sinus. And due to that while drinking water, water goes through that tooth hole and comes out from my nose which is again painful. Hole is minor now but not filled completely. My dentist is recommending me implant but that is too costly. What should I do to make that hole close.
