Hii I am a somatization disorder patient from last six month. I consult with psychiatrist & continue medicine but I stop taking medicine 1 month ago because I found a weight loss after in 6 month use I feel like a weak person or inactive person type. Now I am decided to do some workout to improve my health but please give some nutrition type suggestion for my workout or increase my strength or body translation. So please plz told how to increase my strength or immunity power of my body or increase my weight or which medicine or vitamin to take in workout?
