Hello doctor, My triglyceride level is 217 and HDL is 28. Is this any critic condition?

Hello lybrate-user It's not critical condition but surely you have to be alert Here r the tips to alter these levels - Avoid all kind of sugary items -Avoid oily foods and junk foods - Include lots of vegetables and fruits in your daily diet - include nuts like almonds (10), walnuts (10), flaxseed (2tbsp) daily - Take 2 glasses of water whenever you eat flaxseeds - Use oils cold pressed coconut oil, groundnut oil, gingerly oil for cooking - Go for regular exercise like walking Do follow all these and go for blood test after 3 months and update it. Good day.
