Sir I tested with hiv elisa test at 4 months of exposure and the report is lik tiz Hiv 1 and 2 antibody elisa lab observation value is 0.199 and reference range cut of value is -0.352 is this positive or negative and should I re test again. And please anyone explain me abt 0.199 value please guide me doctors my all hope is on you all.
