I am suffering form lower back pain .It's starts from lower back and ends at heel. Some time I feel pain at hamstring.

It may be due to tightness of your posterior structure. Do stretches of your hamstrings, calf. Back muscles with some flexibility exercises. If possible take MFR with help of physiotherapist. It must cure you.
