Sir I have been in depression since january 2017. Actually my mood swings frequently, I got anxiety attacks frequently. At that time I want to take a strong cup of tea or coffee basically caffeine, sudden urge to bath and to throw off things here and there. I don't talk to anyone ,i just isolate myself ven from my family members and best friends. All my academic performance has fallen down very steeply. I just cry and always feel disappointed, nostalgic and worry. In initial days meditation was effective and heals me from deep inner side of soul, but from last 4 months it becomes ineffective. What should I do? What is the right step that I can take just to cure myself?
